Nike of the Forest:
A sculpture series by Jason Tennant

This exhibition is of a current, ongoing series inspired by observation and lore of our contemporary natural world here in the Finger Lakes region. Gestures of growth and movement of native species, and ephemeral experiences while immersed in nature are elements
in the artist's work.

 

Besides being an artist, Jason is an avid food forager, hunter and gardener as well a steward to 30 acres of woodland and a pond.
